A photo can have a thousand meanings, a poem evokes re-examination for new interpretations and films are visual motion-driven manifestations of story art. Therein, music can be strictly devised for the same purpose of guiding a listener into a specific realm of fantasy, leaving open ends for the expansion of individual value and sentiment. The newest edition to story-generated music is Metal band Lorenguard, who released their debut album ‘Eve of Corruption: The Days of Astasia, Part 1’ on November 29, 2011.
Compiling the chapters for the past seven years, the Indianapolis, IN. based septet formed an alliance based on the literary concoctions of drummer, Brady Sadler. Titled ‘Eve of Corruption’, the novel is based on the series ‘The Days Of Astasia’ that defines the tales of Lorenguard, a legion of knights.

Black Veil Brides – Rebels (2011)EP

“Rebels”, the new EP from Los Angeles theatrical rockers BLACK VEIL BRIDES, will be released on December 13, exclusively through iTunes. Pre-sales begin on December 6. The EP contains “Coffin”, a new original track; a cover version of Billy Idol’s ’80s anthem “Rebel Yell”, whichBLACK VEIL BRIDES has been performing live; and a cover of KISS'”Unholy”, featuring a guest guitar solo by Zakk Wylde. The EP, which boasts artwork by longtime BLACK VEIL BRIDES artist Richard Villa, also includes the six-minute director’s cut of BLACK VEIL BRIDES’ latest video, “Rebel Love Song”, which hasn’t been seen anywhere until now.

BLACK VEIL BRIDES postponed several shows on its recent U.K. tour after singer Andrew Biersack broke his nose in Luxembourg on October 26.

In an interview with Revolver magazine, Biersack said he suffered his most recent injury as a result of his “typical routine to entertain the crowd …. rolling around and being crazy.”

If you want a dose of 80´s rock and classic heavy metal, you better check out Ammotrack´s new album “Come die with us” which is a really strong piece of work. The only song that is a bit different is the late 90´s modern rocker “Let your dream decide”, but besides that one you´ll get powerful hard rock like the opener “Life is calling” or the heavy “Psycho bitch”. The single “Living like an angel” is more melodic while “Fastlane” could´ve been an unreleased song by Kiss, if you´re into albums like Ratt´s Invasion of your privacy, Skid Row´s Slave to the grind or Kiss´s Creatures of the night – Ammotrack will be perfect in your CD collection.
