Not for the faint hearted or pussy glamsters and sleazsters, Motochrist play bitchin’ rock ‘n’ roll soaked in the dregs of punk rock with Motorhead and Ramones thrown in for good measure, as well as the odd curveball and melodies and twisted lyrics to boot. ‘Live To Kill Another Day’ proving the point perfectly, kicking things off on a barnstorming riff that Lemmy would be proud of before ‘The Fist’ pulls up on a killer guitar lick with sufficiently violent lyrics – This shit is the bomb right here, picking up teeth indeed. If this were played in a night club a riot would ensue, no doubt about it. Never mind the fist, this is like an exocet going off. Motochrist change pace on the title track with a suitably summery keyboard and Beach Boys melody and harmonies to boot, the cheeky scamps!
