I, too, like “Still Hungry” even better than it’s 23-year old predecessor. It sounds much more raw and less ’80s’, but the band has stayed faithful in preserving the original spirit of the sound (only “The Price” fell short of the spirit and quality of the original). The album’s shortcomings are inconsequential, though, because “Still Hungry” successfully brings back some great memories with a new, ragged sound! Buy it now!

Power metallers Black Abyss have recently announced that they will release their new album Possessed on November 2nd via Apostasy Records. The tracklist and cover art created by Thomas Ewerhard can be seen below. The band’s latest album had been 2004’s Angels Wear Black.
