….’Obsession’ is the albums killer for me – a soulful ballad (duet), which builds and builds until the two vocalists voices are soaring and interspersing with each other right to the fade-out. Exquisite! So it’s a mixed bag, of decent to excellent songs. Perhaps a more AOR-filled CD would have given this a 10. As it stands, a reliably solid release, which still occasionally makes it onto my player even after these 16 or so years since it’s release. 9/10.
