Indie release from Hard Rock/Metal artists Serious Pain with their undiscovered rare release entitled “Over the Edge”. The band hails from Vancouver, Washington and although they look like a thrash metal band, however, they mix metal and hard rock tremendously well.

Jay Bolan is a wonderful AOR artist who delivers passionate Melodic Rock vocals in the vein of Jimmy Harnen, Mitch Malloy and Mark Allen. The beautiful AOR ballad, “2 People In Love” reminds exactly of the Jimmy Harnen track,”Where are you Now”. Very hard to be found nowdays came out in 1993 through Rat Dog Records.

This is one of those lost indie treasures that every collector must own. This album was released back in 1998 for a very short time and then they disappeared. This band delivers breathtaking late 80s style Hair Metal/Hard Rock. Musically, these guys are similar in style to Krokus, Great White and even some Motley Crue.
