I’ve been wondering what’s going on with BLESS THIS MESS since they haven’t released anything since January last year (as far as I know), but now they are “back”. Ranmaru and baku have departed and BLESS THIS MESS is nowadays a duo with YNG as vocalist and Tateishi Jin (ex-ANSIA/NIA) as guitarist. They announced their restart on August 16th and have been signed by Starwave Records.

Poison’s 1988 follow-up found the band a lot more polished and taking a better grasp of the genre they were slowly starting to command. The production on the second album was cleaner and stood out more thanks to Tom Werman (Twisted Sister, Mötley Crüe) expertise hands.
