Fronted by pre Mpire, and current Talon vocalist Michael O’mara, VFX were a fantastic band with the ability to mix different styles, ranging from Aor right through to Pomp and hard rock… with ease.Their s/t mini/cd is my particular favourite, with its BLVD like, expansive Aor sound.

Fatal Attraction – End of Regulation Time 1996
Risen from the ashes of a funk band (called Kiwi!), Swedish AORsters Fatal Attraction got signed by High Rock Records at the end of 1995 and released their first album, “End Of Regulation Time”, in September 1996. Although this album put them on the Swedish AOR map, nothing was heard from them anymore, until the 4-track EP “Unknown World” was released (again by High Rock Records) in 2001.
