Air Raid – Air Raid (1981)
Released in 1981, “Air Raid” is definitely Pomp AOR, absolutely influenced by the sound & style of Styx, accented by Arthur Offen’s pipes very similar in to Dennis DeYoung. Just check the melodic “Nowhere Without Your Love”.
Warrior – Ancient Future 1998
It took as long as 13 years since the first album, before the second CD “Warrior” was released. “Ancient Future”, released in 1998 on the “Metal blade records”, was an all the same high-quality heavy metal, only slightly modernized.
Hodson – This Strange World (2004)
Paul Hodson, whose name bears the project, is known for his participation in the recordings of Bob Catley’s solo albums and for his work in the melodic rock band Ten. The main specialty is keyboards, but on “This Strange World” Hodson played part of the guitar parts, and also demonstrated the presence of a good fatal (emphasis on the first “o”) vocals.
