This was basically the 5th Starz studio album but the band changed it’s name right before it’s release!
Hank Davison Band – Hard Way 2005
Found this by accident looking for Blue Cheer Rocks Europe. Bought 2 Hank Davison cds so far and love the sound and have also uncovered music by Klaus “Doc” Reinelt by way of Gravestone and 48 Crash Somelikeit hot. I have gotten more mileage out of these finds lately. Also trying to find more guitar by Wolfgang Schludi.
Alibi – Voice Of Reason (2008)
Released in 2008 by Z-Rock Records of Germany this British band have here concocted a perfectly polite hard rock album that suits use as background music or an upbeat morning listen (hey not all of us want to listen to Kreator as soon as we wake up!) and its very utility makes me hope this labour of love at least made its money back because these guys sound like they’d be a great evening down the pub.
