One of the most legendary bands from the 90’s Swedish progressive scene is finally back with a new album, 17 years since the last full-length. Ritual has often been a band with a concept, and their music has often been inspired by Tove Jansson’s novels about the Moomins.

The second of the 2-albums releases of Entering Polaris. It contains “Myths In Motion”, electric, energetic, heavy and progressive metal based on 7-string guitar and “Songs Of Ivory And Obsidian” which is acoustic, haunting and melancholic, with piano, (real) string sections, choirs and classical percussion.
