This 17-track album is a fascinating collection of previously unreleased demos, all from his personal archive, written by the strong songwriting team of Rossi and Bob Young. Five songs remain unreleased and have never been heard outside the studio, while others later appeared on a STATUS QUO or Francis Rossi album.

IRON MAIDEN is a band with a well-archived official / unofficial archive, and there are official (or approved by the band) full soundboards for most tours. However, the “‘World Piece Tour / PIECE OF MIND” era is an exception. The only soundboard is the professional shot audio from the Dortmund performance that was made official in “The Early Years”, but it was less than 40 minutes long.
