Upon the demise of Angora, singer John Corabi found success with The Scream and Motley Crue. His former Angora bandmates Frank Scimeca (bass) and Robert Iezzi (drums) formed THE GRAVEYARD TRAIN, hooked up with legendary producer Tom Werman, released a killer self-titled debut album that no one heard and quickly vanished. It was 1993, and this type of timeless bluesy hard rock was ignored by the music industry at the time.

We are presenting JERRY STRANGELAND, a band absolutely inspired by ’80s AOR. A solo project by singer, songwriter and musician Zherikhov Alexey (pictured above) from Russia. All started from Alexey’s love for the sound of classic American AOR acts, and after composing his own songs with English lyrics, he assembled a full band in 2019 and recorded the initial demos.
