Tim Lambesis has been embroiled in a legal battle for almost a year after being arrested for allegedly trying to hire a hitman to murder his estranged wife. His wife has also filed a civil suit, and in the filing of the suit, it was revealed that Lambesis’ label, Metal Blade, refused to release any of his recordings while he was on trial.
