They are BACK ! After a long sleep, due to the band not only having lost their bassist but at the same time a very close friend, their enthusiasm was thwarted in carrying on as a band. However some years later they awoke from their long sleep, and carried on doing that what their old bassist would probably have wanted them to carry on doing, and that was making music. This tragic loss had also made them stronger, better and more creative in their works, after all they had a good length of time to gather up new ideas for the future! Worth it, it was.

Trucker Diablo – The Devil Rhythm 2012
My first introduction to Trucker Diablo was through the single “Drink Beer, Destroy”. Initially I thought this would end up as a cheesy tongue-in-cheek type of song, but to my surprise and shock this track really takes off and hits you straight between the eyes. The chorus is very catchy and singable, still slightly cheesy, but somehow this band takes the title and makes you believe. You walk away from listening to this Northern Ireland powerhouse act believing in their music.
Civil War – The Killer Angels (2013)
CIVIL WAR — the new Swedish metal band featuring former SABATON members Rikard Sundén (guitar), Daniel Mullback (drums), Daniel Mÿhr (keyboards) and Oskar Montelius (guitar) alongside singer Patrik Johansson (ASTRAL DOORS, LION’S SHARE) and bassist Stefan “Pizza” Eriksson (VOLTURYON) — will release its full-length debut, “The Killer Angels”, on June 11 via Despotz Records. The group states: “The album deals with a lot of stuff: heroes, traitors, battles and heavy metal….and yes: we have a song called ‘Gettysburg’.”

Black Abyss – Possessed 2012
Power metallers Black Abyss have recently announced that they will release their new album Possessed on November 2nd via Apostasy Records. The tracklist and cover art created by Thomas Ewerhard can be seen below. The band’s latest album had been 2004’s Angels Wear Black.
The album was produced by Roger Grüninger at Studio 141 (End Of Green, Undertow) and refined by Achim Köhler (Brainstorm, HammerFall, Rage). The artwork for the release was handled by Thomas Ewerhard (Avantasia, Edguy,Masterplan).
