I get a chuckle from the title of Royal Blood’s long-lost debut album. Sure people like to blame Seattle, and the evil three-headed grunge creature that chewed up and spit out hair-metal bands at will, for the death of ’80s rock, but I’ve always viewed that as a cop-out. The real culprits to the demise of ’80s heavy metal were the bands themselves and the record labels who signed everyone who had long hair and pretty-boy good looks.

On the 20th of May, the Latvian hardcore band Bloody Heels releases its debut album “Through Mystery”, which will consist of the following songs:

The year was 1987. Hair-sprayed, high-octane, hook-drenched hard rock ruled the radio.  It was also the year SHAKE CITY was born. SHAKE CITY’s formation owes a debt to Warrant. In Warrant’s young, hungry, club-blasting early days, talented singer named Adam Shore fronted them, but by the time Warrant started climbing the ladder of mainstream success, Adam was persona non-grata and Jani Lane had taken his place.

How could you not love a band called the Backsteet Girls? They are all that great bands should be….fucked up funsters with attitude to spare, a cocky stance and a ‘devil may care’ coolness, they drink too much,take too many drugs,play too loud, they look and smell like a dirty weekend… Long live rock and roll and may ‘the girls’ never grow old…love ya guts boys …or should I say ‘girls’…your brother in arms.

In 2008, HSG released their self-titled first studio longpley, and in 2009 had already rolled its first tour of the United States of America. In total for his career Hell City Glamours had to play on the same stage with Paul Stanley, New York Dolls, Sebastian Bach, Alice Cooper, Airbourne and other well-known groups.

Hell City Glamours were a hard rock band from Sydney, Australia. They supported the likes of Paul Stanley, New York Dolls,[4] Sebastian Bach, Alice Cooper, Shihad, and Airbourne. They released three EP’s, a Split 7″ single with The Devilrock Four In late 2008 Hell City Glamours supported The Angels on their Night Attack tour which included four special shows with Rose Tattoo.
