Phenomena is a rock concept around a supergroup formed by record producer Tom Galley, Metalhammer magazine founder Wilfried Rimensberger[1] and Tom’s brother, Whitesnake guitarist Mel Galley. Contributors were leading rock musicians such as Glenn Hughes, Brian May, Tony Martin and John Wetton amongst others. In a cover story, run by Kerrang! magazine in 1985

Bob Halligan, Jr. – Sprung (1994)
Considering Bob Halligan Jr’s prowess as a songwriter with a whole host of 80s Hard Rock bands such as JUDAS PRIEST, ICON’ and HELIX his own solo album proved to be an extremely disappointing affair of fairly bland AOR replete with Christian overtones. Former OUTLAWS bassist and solo artist RICK CUA adds bass guitar. By 1997 Halligan had created a new act titled CEILIRAIN. Halligan renewed his JUDAS PRIEST connections in 2000 contributing songs for ROB HALFORD ‘Resurrection’ album.
