Gene The Werewolf – Wicked Love 2011
Gene the Werewolf has never paid attention to trends. Nor has the Pittsburgh-based quintet been part of a scene or the hipster’s band of choice. They are iconoclasts by virtue of their music, rock ‘n’ roll survivors in thrall to the genre’s power andenergy. And they’re damn good at it, even if they are a dying breed.
Sun City Rockers – Dizzy With Desire 1996
Extremely rare melodic rock indie from Quebec, Canada released a 6-tracks album back in 1996 fronted by vocalist/ songwriter Tyrone Henderson who is also responsible for the production in collaboration with Billy Szawloski (Marjo, Ray Lyell). The production could have been better while the song are weak but they have the rhythm to keep you tight till the end especially with the great moment in my opinion the rockin’ “Fire in your Eyes”.
