Def Leppard – Hysteria (Classic Albums) [2002, DVD]

Def Leppard’s popularity peaked in 1984-89, when their platinum albums Pyromania and Hysteria were released. The singles from Hysteria turned out to be the most successful of their entire career: Love Bites (#1 in the US), Pour Some Sugar On Me (#2 in the US), Armageddon It (#3 in the US).

In 1995, they were listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the only performers to perform on three continents in one day. The recording of Hysteria was released in 1987 and sold 15 million copies worldwide. This disc topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. The greatest successes were such compositions as Armageddon It, Pour Some Sugar On Me and Love Bites. In support of the album, Def Leppard embarked on a 14-month tour, ending at Seattle’s Memorial Arena in October 1988. In the film, the band members talk about how the album was recorded.
