Erik S. Björngard’s Time Tripper – Time Tripper 2025

Time Tripper emerged from the creative vision of Erik S. Björngard, a French-Swedish singer celebrated for his award-winning solo albums and international musical compositions. After receiving two CMA Awards for Best Male Performer and Best Album, Björngard decided to embark on a new musical journey. In 2024, he formed Time Tripper with close friends, aiming to revive the
quintessential AOR sound of the 1980s.

Time Tripper’s lineup features a talented ensemble of musicians: Tom Fremont on guitars, Niklas Fremont on keyboards, Alan Bastard on bass, and Jimmy Montout on drums. Together, they draw inspiration from iconic bands such as Europe, Honeymoon Suite, and Bon Jovi. Their musical direction is a nostalgic return to their roots, reminiscent of their early years performing on stages, delivering powerful keyboard and guitar riffs, and leading sing-along choruses with their audience. In a significant milestone, Time Tripper in April 2024 signed a record deal with the Danish record label Lions Pride Music, setting the stage for their highly anticipated debut album in 28 November 2025. This album promises to transport listeners back to the vibrant and electrifying era of the 1980s, encapsulating the spirit and energy of that time.
