Another release for Retrospect’s Christian subsidiary label RetroCross Records, this would be ILLUSTRATOR’s final recording, and perhaps best!! Illustrator have already built their reputation on their Christian Westcoast AOR masterpieces “Illustrator” and “Somewhere In The World” (both re-issued and available here as a 2-on-1). Effect Of The Boomerang completes the trilogy and we can’t rave about it enough!!

They toughen up their sound here with edgier guitars, harder hitting drums, and the songs are possibly the best they have ever written. This release is loaded with superb musicianship, smooth vocals, huge stunning production, memorable hooks and poignant messages. It certainly gets our highest recommendations and sits in our top tier of releases at Retrospect.
