The great JOHN SYKES leave us not so long ago, but his music will remain forever in our hearts (and ears) forever.
We featured here already most of his works and also rarities, and now presents in exclusive “JOHN SYKES – Hidden Treasures 1985-2021“, a 2-disc compilation released by good Japanese bootleg label Zodiac. There’s a really well done digipak professionally printed and sound quality is fine.

We found here many places where the magic of JOHN SYKES was involved: Whitesnake ‘1987’ album demos, ‘1987’ album rehearsals, Whitesnake remix live tracks, and collaborations such as the SRV tribute, John’s guest at Derek Sherinian’s solo album, the Gary Moore tribute, and more.
Of special interest are the ‘Blue Murder album demos’ with a much better sound quality than the versions traded among fans.

Funnily enough, the guys in Zodiac have taken our archives of Syke’s unreleased album ‘Sy-Ops’ (shared with you all some months ago) to complete the second disc.
All in all, it’s great to have so much rare JOHN SYKES music into 2-discs, 30 tracks in total.
