JIMI JAMISON – Never Too Late (2012)
Last year legend JIMI JAMISON started to work together with Swedish songwriter and producer Erik Martensson (W.E.T., Eclipse, etc.) laying down the foundations for his new solo album “Never Too Late”, to be released on November 2nd in Europe and November the 6th in North America.
The process took a good part of 2011 and 2012 to be completed, but the final results shine.
This is truly a monumental Melodic Rock album, where the stunning contemporary Melodic Rock songwriting of Martensson meets Jamison’s superb vocal abilities and a massive production.
“Never Too Late” rocks really hard at times; probably the heaviest Jamison has ever been involved, still the melodies are going to haunt you and stay in your mind for a long time.

DESCARGA – DESDE CERO (2012)
What is clear today is that every time there are many more bands trying to gain a foothold in this world. For this reason, it is welcome news to see young bands like the Valencian Download it in just two albums have shown a maturity, a job and a personality that previously only looked over the records and not on all bands.
Now I take it seriously, and the result of that work we get records like this “from scratch” at hand. And is that downloads have gotten in this his second own sound, and succeeded. A perfect blend of styles and shades parading between rock and metal, with all its broader aspects, including the latest sounds with hints of what is known as “neo rock”.

Rob Tognoni – Art (2012)
This album consists of 10 original tracks and 2 cover songs – Neil Young’s “Hey Hey, My My” (Into The Black) from 1979 and Australian Master’s Apprentices “Turn Up Your Radio” from 1970. Though Rob’s trademark crunchy and gritty guitars are omnipresent “ART” also demonstrates his songwriting talents, which have continuously progressed over his last 3 or 4 studio albums and have now reached a very mature level in both style and substance. “ART” is without doubt the best ever album by Rob Tognoni!

Klone – The Dreamer’s Hideaway (2012)
With their fourth album, CLONES navels further from their metallic hardness towards rock. So they should make it finally let their shadow life behind and step into her own spotlight.
The move was not unexpected. Already the last EP “The Eye Of Needle” presented the progressive sound of the French far out bremster, but much more complex, and as yet the atmospheric heavy metal outworks. A development that also continues the new album “The Dreamer’s Hideaway” consistently. Without denying their roots CLONES have managed to conduct their compositions even closer and more direct to get in shape. What in his description certainly applies to explain sounds complex, set to music in his way very straight forward and easy access. The French, however, not to use the structures of pop, but their songs skillfully steer towards the progressive rock and alternative. The final product sounds like this, when GOJIRA would operate on the creativity of PERFECT CIRCLE.
